HELLO, WE’RE ICPED

Education that meets
you where life is.

Short, practical courses for caring, confidence, everyday skills and life’s next chapter.

Learn for yourself, or give useful understanding to a relative, friend or helper. ICPED connects everyday situations with ideas you can try at your own pace.

Everyday life looks different from one household to another. Examples draw on varied circumstances, such as regular or uncertain work, shared family responsibilities, unreliable electricity, limited internet data, and different ways of reaching shops, schools or clinics. With low-income and mixed-resource settings in mind—including parts of Africa, South and Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and elsewhere—the courses help you choose ideas that fit your own resources, routines and support.

A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before you
begin.

Who are ICPED courses for?

People looking for practical learning for everyday life. Each course explains who it is designed for. You do not need a professional background to explore the collection.

Can I enrol in every course now?

Yes. Browse the courses and collections, choose what suits you, and pay securely with Stripe. ICPED normally arranges your account and course access automatically after payment verification, with learning instructions sent separately.

Will I receive a certificate?

Completion certificates are included where shown on the course page. Follow its lesson and knowledge-check requirements. Course completion does not imply an accredited qualification.

Can I request a refund?

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase confirmation. This includes gifts, even if lessons have started or finished. For a scheduled gift, the period starts when you buy—not on delivery. Refunds go to the original purchaser and payment method. Request a refund or read the purchase information for separate consumer and non-delivery remedies.

What does the learner need?

Courses are online and in English. The learner needs an email they can check, internet access and a suitable phone, tablet or computer. Downloaded tools can be used offline. No suitable email or device? Contact hello@icped.online before paying to check what is possible.

Can I buy a course as a gift?

Choose a course, enter the recipient’s email and your message, and select immediate or scheduled delivery. After Stripe confirms payment, you receive a receipt and can download the PDF voucher. ICPED emails your recipient the gift and voucher on the selected delivery date. Login instructions follow by email when learning access and any required account arrangements are ready. WhatsApp sharing is an optional extra sent manually by you; private gift links are for the intended recipient, not public groups. Scheduled gifts follow your selected date; some younger-learner arrangements need an ICPED check. See the complete gift journey →

Are the courses professional advice?

No. They provide general education and practical reflection. They do not replace medical care, therapy, or individual financial and legal advice. Course-specific guidance helps you recognise when specialist support is needed.

How do I access my course?

Use Student login with the learning instructions sent by ICPED. We normally create or reuse your account and add purchased courses automatically after payment verification. A course page may also offer Continue learning for existing learners.

YOUR NEXT STEP DOESN’T HAVE TO BE A BIG ONE

Give support they can put into practice.
